Got my hotboat mag today, ya I know dont say it,

but anyhow you guys are in it from the races at Ming, even have a pic of ralphs boat with the good ole SCJB on the side Just thot I'd let you guys know. Mark

Just to clearify even further . The whole "F - Hot Boat" Derived from the retaliation of the website being taken down without notice . As a result Of new management , the magazine (argueably) went to shit as well .

On the flip side they did say they were goin to make an effort in making the website more boat related and things like haveing coverage of local (to everyone) races might make conversations on the alleged website more boat related . I just hope that one day they can redeem themselves (as a whole) and maybe do alot more coverage of grass roots boating , even the early offshore stuff .

I think its very cool to cover where we've been to better understand where we're going .

Also congratulations to Brad and Ralph . You guys have busted some serious ass and deserve any and all coverage and recognition .

but yes i get excited when i see a pic of my boat in a mag. i have the ugliest boat at the races.
on hot boats behalf, this issue is the best one as far as race coverage and older boats.

The quality of text that HB generally is known for is not too evident here. Kinda hard to read but from what I can see someone proofread this pretty well. Even I.D.'d the pics correctly. Ya sure this was Hot Boat

Seriously tho you guys deserve hearty congratulations, it is a significant acheivement to be so successful at the level you all are at. Coverage by a national publication is one of the perks of getting out there and kicking some tail so enjoy it. F the haters.

That explains a lot! LOL It is a shame a national magazine with $$$ can't do simple proofreading. I guess they get what they pay for (that's how they got me -- FREE). I saw them volunteer a writer/reporter A BUS TICKET to cover races in Missouri one time. He declined.

You didn't say that ever, Brad did, and when he did type it he was referring to the website not the magazine, which I knew, I thought it was funny, apparently it wasn't.

Definately no offense meant to either you or Brad. When you race you finish first, it's as simple as that, to top it off you're driving a pink boat, IMO that's cool as hell, as far as your boat being ugly, I dunno, I'm thinking it's probably looking pretty phukin good going across the finish line first every time you run it.
