I haven't been to Santa Cruz for 10+ years, be cool to go there again, I remember some lighthouse we went to and stayed at a little hotel that was right next to the lighthouse. Can't remember the name

I know what you mean by the end of the trip I was done saying sorry for someone else running in to me. I just kinda barked right about the time they were going to run into me. It got there attention real fast.

Lincoln here! About 30 minutes North East of Sacramento and 20 minutes from Auburn. Camp Far West is in my backyard.

Bullards is nice. Havent been in a few years. My bro in law went a couple weeks ago and said it was awesome.
Collins, always thought it was a no no for us jet boaters to go there because of the noise.
Oh man, haven't been in Englebright in seriously 20 years. Just remember it being a lake you have to have a boat to go find a camp spot with and it was a long, semi narrow river type of lake.
Rollins we normally go to later in the summer when water levels get low. Nice, yet kinda small mountain lake.
We used to camp the crap out of Sly Creek Resevoir(not Sly Park), wonder what it is like these days.

What's up fordlover, ya I lived In Lincoln for about 6 months lol. Ya engilbright is still a narrow River/lake and the beach spots are way up River..water is cold as hell too. Bullards is pretty refreshing. What lakes have you been going to?

LOL. I do remember Englebright being SUPER cold.

I mainly hit up Camp Far West since I am in Lincoln. About a 10-15 minute drive for me. Do Rollins later in the year if the water level is ok.

It's good to do it yourself, then you know the boat from top to bottom. I just got mine last year in October so she is still new to me and this season was its first trip out in 7years

I'm in Orland, about 100 miles north of Sac on 5. Currently building the motor in my first Jet Boat. 78 Sleekcraft. Hope to have it complete by Labor Day. Hardest part is going to be upholstery.

I'll be out at bullards Saturday if anyone is in the area swing by, Rollins lake is full but it's so packed it's stupid, my wife also cut her foot wide open on a glass bottle that was under the water so we are done with that lake
