Just to let you know bro your HD will be nothing compaired to satellite's HD. When I switch Cox,Comcast, whatever to satellite my customers get really mad at cable and they swear its like they got a new TV again when they look at dishHD.

Not baggin on your cable but I want you to get the best with the $$$ you spent and use that TV to its potential.

Call me if you have any questions

If Legal Chem. doesnt have the right bracket the $99.99 bracket at costco is a great piece and a fair price. Make sure to get the tilting bracket if you buy a used one.

It will say in your booklet what size the mounting holes are... most plasmas are basically the same format (VESA mount L mm x W mm)  Most of the brackets are universal so they should work.  I don't think Costco carries their mounts in-house, at least they didn't before.

The best HD reception will be OTA.  The coax running through your house will probably be enough antenna to get the local HD channels.  Try it when you get home -you will be amazed.  These aren't compressed so they tend to be the best.

I'll look for a universal tilting mount/bracket when I get home in the next hour or two... you may be set up earlier than you think.  Depending on how you are mounting it a non-tilting is closer to the wall, the tilting are a few inches (4-5?), and then there is the swing are ones for the hard to get angles...  this page has examples http://www.ergoindemand.com/plasma-lcd-wall-mount.htm

Good luck

Sweet TV Marc. I just got one myself. I went DLP 1080P. I got my mounting bracket at The Home Depot. $119.00 and it tilts. Really easy to set up. I even went to the extent of primming and painting it the same color as the wall so if you saw it from the side it didnt stand out like a turd in a punch bowl. I have never seen DISH HD but I have COX HD and looks fuking awesome. Congrats on the purchase.

Any mount that says it will fit between 42"-60" will fit fine.

I checked and didn't see one that tilts vertical and goes up to 30" wide (it was 28").  30" is w-i-d-e!   I believe I have a static mount and a cantilevered mount that will work.  I would double check to make sure whatever you go with fits.

I've had a few wall mounted TV's and the 37" doesn't fit the 50", the 42" didn't fit the 50" or 37".... just to show the universal isn't always so universal.

If anyone else needs one hit me up...  I've had these too long and the wife wants them out  ::)
