I always liked the "painted" but with the fins polished.....  I always thought that was a clean look.

Looking forward to seeing the (after) look..

That's how I've always done them, thought full polish would look kinda cool.  If I was to paint them, I'd probably go low gloss black to match the block, and the carb body.

I have a single carb Dooley style scoop, but I'm not sure I want  to trade it, I may not like the hilborn style one  :-\
