YA IT HIT HERE PRETTY GOOD IN LONG BEACH. I CALLED MY DAD IN WALNUT AND SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE SOMEONE DROVE INTO THE SIDE OF HIS SHOP. IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME COMING WATCH OUT FOR THE AFTER SHOCKS.

Couldnt GIVE away a house back then, you could NOT rent ANYthing to move out of cali, no trucks dollies NOTHING. Seams like everytime we bomb a country they just move to So Cal.

Good luck guys...I was 1 block up from the epicenter in the '94 Northridge 8.6 quake. If anybody remembers it I live 2 blocks north of the Northridge meadows apartments on the same street.  I dont even feel them anymore, sleep right thru them.

The wife and I were shopping at Costco when it hit....... didn't feel a thing....... but the lights above our heads were swaying pretty good. Got home (2 miles away) and my daughter was standing outside and said the house rocked pretty good
