No doubt they need to allow inflatables.
Been years since I've been to Elsinore, so I'm not real sure of what it's like now. Perris is a lot closer to us, but I cant stand that mud hole

Right now Elsinore is low like everywhere else. When entering the cove you'll see a lot of shallow water bouys, stay to the right side it's deeper and less rocks.

I don't have a good opinion for the ramps... I have always launched at the same one. It at the Cranes RV Park. I like that place because of their private beach for my son if the coves getting a little too rowdy or if we just want a chill place to hang before we hit the cove for a while. Their ramp is small, single lane right now because of water level and there's no dock. You just launch and beach/anchor up. Their parking lot sucks but I just do it for the beach.

I've launched at both LA Laguna and the crane. The crane is nice and private. But LA Laguna is nice too. Never had a problem at either one
