. I'll make sure I let u know next time we go out, our river season is over as well,, have to get wet in the green drink as much as possible before season ends, probably two weeks for me, we go on Sundays, my only day off

Your not mistaken, im the guy with issues lol. I think I should be good this time, I should have the red Holley tomorrow, I will just have to change the mounting and re do the wires cause it is different from the Carter that I had. I was trying to keep it real simple by just changing it out with the same pump but after 2 brand new pumps, the first not building over 3 psi and the 2nd being anywhere from 2 to 5 psi, im done. I want to be right around 6.5 psi to be able to feed those damn thirsty carbs.

so are you changing mechanical pump to electric?? a good mechanical should feed ur tunnel ram no problem, ,if u have a mechanical and it wont keep up id check the push rod, cuz iv had this problem before, my pushrod ate itself, if not id look to the the cam lobe that drives it, ,at that point u have to go electric if u dont want to change ur cam,,, just my 2 pennys..

I was using an electric Carter non regulated, it had a 4-6 psi preset pressure. I just got my Holley last night and will be working on installing it tonight. I will head out to Elsinore at sunrise on sunday.

not sure where you live but these guys have every fitting I've ever needed from cars to boats to vdubs..
