i have a 74 eliminator on a tandem trailer, was going to build it up but bought a complete, what is this project kit worth in your opinion?

engine mounts
bbc block i just took apart ready to rebuild, with heads, 700 holley carb
bell housing
berk jc jet ready to run
foot throttle
forward reverse lever
steereing cable and rack
water inlets
no interior at all needs paint, was looking for 1700.00
