Congrats bud, I know it's tough out there :banghead: I need to hire right now but dont know if the production will hold up, so in the time being I am working the guys I have now assess off :thumbdown: am a little worried about the quality right now :banghead: :banghead:

It is rough, I agree. When HD hires now nationally, we can only hire part time 90 day temps. If we keep any, we have to make them part time and it's basically a rehire at that point, meaning the first 90 days didn't count towards the 90 probationary period. Kinda sux huh?

But we're getting some REALLY good people that are agreeing to this. That's horrible IMO.
