Going to the lake next weekend?
« on: April 22, 2007, 11:55:43 AM »
IF I can get the day off (saturday) Would be a good day. First I need to get the boat running. I think all I need is some new batteries. I was think of moving them, from the back to the front. And add two more, for a total of 4. But I don't know if I would go with four 6 volt's or 2 huge rv one's

I've never had a ride in a boat like your's and I would really like a ride in one.   ;)

As far as running 4 six volt batteries verses 2 twelve volt batteries... Although I should know, I don't.  :'(  So when you find out, let me know.   ;)

IF I go, I will call you. I was thinking that the 6 volt would have more amp hours. Like when you dry camp in a trailer. I need alot of power to run the trim tabs, motors and rest of the boat. The motors like a steaded 12 volts.
