Guys,
I normally don't do this, but a fellow boat lover and childhood best bud growing up was involved in a pretty bad accident riding his road bicycle on Sunday.
He has some pretty serious head trauma and is on and off a ventilator and has had two surgeries to try to control the swelling of the brain.
I grew up with David and we used to spend summer weekends on his dads boat at the Delta, skiing, swimming, fishing, all around good times.
I am not a religious person, but was hoping that there were some people of faith out there to keep him in your prayers. He and his wife are both ministers and have two of the most amazing boys ever. Both with Autism. These people have been through enough. I want desperately do see him, but cannot seem to reach him because I only have his cell phone number, which apparently was damaged in the accident.
I feel so helpless.
You guys are the best...
