I hope everyone and your families have a great and safe 4th of July!! I'm celebrating it by working 24 hours but at least we're smoking ribs at the station and later tonight we'll be shooting off fireworks at our city's celebration.

Where do you buy it???

Don't be such a stranger Matt.  I just started my ribs here.  If y'all haven't tried a little something stupidly called  Bone Sucking Sauce, I highly recommend it.  Sweet and spicy and OMG good.  Small jar and kinda pricey but oh so tastey. 

Sad! We started smoking the ribs at noon and they were looking and smelling AMAZING!!!! Sat down around 6pm to eat, took 2 bites and it was even better than it looked!!! Then we get toned out for a call. Got 3 calls back to back to back and didn't get to eat until after 10 and it just wasn't the same by that point. Uugghhhh. That sucked so bad!!!
