So I move into an elite community. Pay top $$$ for my house had to meet income and credit requirements for the neighborhood as well as my home. I am only 26 so this was a little difficult with my age etc. Anyways I get all approved. My neighborhood is supposed to be a city inside a city with expensive shopping etc all enclosed in the hood. Well the housing market takes a shit all the investors of this planned elite community bail and homes are empty.

So guess who rents a house out next door?? My cool neighbor and who does he rent it to?? A hmong family...What is hmong?? they are basically the butthole of a cockroach according to my law enforcement buddies.. and when compaired to other asians I am told they are compairable to me looking at white trash by a Japanese friend of mine.

 So I give them the benefit of the doubt and am super nice to them. About a month goes by and I am sitting on my Brand New LA-Z-Boy dual recliner $3000 couch about 11pm and I notice something moving across the back of my couch. I flick on the light and there is a cockroach just looking at me. I asked him what the fuck he was doing on my couch and he runs away.

 So 2 days later I get out of the shower and grab a towel and when I unfold it there is his brother.

 Now my community is out in the country and the only roaches out here were trucked in by my neighbors said the exterminator.

 So 3 weeks later I am sleeping after a hard night of drinking and at 455am I hear a cockldoodledo and smell shit. So I peek over my fence and guess what I see? A chicken coupe and a small farm in there 20x30 yard...Yeah

 Then after I get my new sod installed and concrete on the side of the house guess what they do?? They start irrigating and flood my yard and ruin my concrete. My yard is still a sloppy muddy mess and we canot enjoy it and my grass is about gone.

 So I bought a new 26ft. travel trailer on thankgiving. It is parked in front of my house. So the neighbor parks his POS camry right in front of my trailer. So when I go to move it on the side of my house I cant and I am pinned in my driveway. So ONE time I drive down the sidewalk and use there driveway to get to the street. Then about 20 minutes ago another real good friend (cop) knocks on my door. He is laughing and lets me know they called the police for using there rented driveway and driving over a small part of there grass

 If I wanted this shit I would have moved to the ghetto ass hood and saved about $200,000. Now the hood is moving to me..

 Why not sue them you ask for my yard etc. Well its pretty hard to get $$$$ out of a welfare check.

That sucks Blue. Too bad your little guy is too small to handle a BB gun. He could have a field day quieting the neighborhood down!!! As far as the roaches go..that's a tough one. Once them little buggers make a home, they're there.

I'm surprised your association allows you to park a trailer on the street at all. The ass-wipes at my city hall won't even let me keep my boat in MY driveway for more than 48 hours! I raised hell at a couple of city council meetings trying to fight it and all I got was asked to leave by the sheriff's deputy...
Now the boat is stuffed in the garage, rendering the garage useless for anything else.

just bring a few buddies and their open header jet boats and start, well you get the idea

Ok I am on it. Thanks for the input. When Im done with them they will be chasing chickens in Laouse or Bangcock or whereever they fuckn crawled out from. As for the trailer the assoc. does not like it but I am making a point.

 This weekend I am hanging a clothesline from my house to my trailer and putting all kinds of drawers on it. And of course you will be trippng over beercans and motor parts if you want to knock on my door.

Why you ask? cause obviously you can get away with anything. And if I get asked to clean it up I will ask em why they are picking on me? Is it cause I am white? Why do they come so fast but have not even talked to Ching Chang next door.

 I am not gonna do that but I want to.

 As for the chickens my friend is coming over tomorrow to have them moved or he says he will have a good lunch on the chinks

 As for roaches... I feel dirty as hell and cant shake the feeling of em running thru my walls. I havent seem em in a while but I know they are there.

the associations in vegas are really strict i figured california would be alot worse...there are a million things you can do and no matter what you will be an asshole for each and everyone...but you probably pay and evtra 50 to 100 bucks a month just to the association in general. you should goto them it doesn't matter what race you are that's BS you should be able to take care of this legally and have them bastards evicted...if not take the damn chickens and cook em im sure the roaches they eat give them massive protien

Yes i love AZ,  Havasu is Havasu what else can you say about it. I lived their for a couple years, helped build the Mission linen plant back in the late eighties never had time to have any fun their. Maybe thats why i feel that way about Havasu

But its only about 50 miles south of us so we can visit it anytime.
