Help send my kid to school !

My kid has outgrown his bike and needs a new one.  He is 12 but he is standing about 5'6" and has a 3 mile ride including a little off road action to get to school next week.  He is looking for a decent hardtailed mountain bike.  Anybody got anything that is just collecting dust?  He promises he will give it a good home.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

He is going to the charter school down there by your shop.  Maybe you could just swing by and pick him up on your way to work.  Heck take him to work with you and show him how you drive the golf cart.   >:D

I've got a powerwheels quad I upgraded to a 35cc Mac chainsaw engine, used the bar wheel on the rear axle and the original dull chain to drive it....does about 25mph with me on it...momma thinks its a bit much for our 2 year old.  I think it's fun, but it'll need something done with the tires soon.  $50

Liking #3 and 4.  Wonder what size #3 is.   Yeah I don't think he'd ride that last one.

And Pat, on this one I would listen to Momma.   Give the kid a chance to make it to 4 before you introduce her to gas powered engines in her toys.   ;)

Kids sure changed.....I remember walking to and from school about 4 miles one way and it was uphill both ways in the snow...

Chit, just turned into my dad... :-\

In all seriousness, we literally just gave away a Schwin mountain bike...Gotta see what else we have lying around.

Well #4 took down his ad and I have texted #3 several times.  He asks more questions than he answers and still hasnt told me if can look at it tomorrow.   Maybe I'll just get him a new pair of shoes LOL
