I know there are a few fathers out there who wish they were as far ahead of the games as you . Oh well too late for them

Anywho , I have two little girls (I wonder if its payback for anything

) One is 15 months and the other 7 y/o . The older one always plops down next to me when the boob tube in on . There are always women on that show saying that they have always wanted to be in PLAYBOY since they were little girls and its a dream come true and so and so . I feel kind of wierd about it but everything is blurred out . We'll see how life treats me on that one .

Just remember, we being Dads and all and thinking we are on top of things is an illusion. My daughter just turned 16 and the boys know that i own ALOT of guns

sooooooo.................. this is where the sneaking around stuff begins. And one more thing to remember!

We are getting back what we did to our parents

but dont let them know that we are not on top of it, just gives them the upper hand.
And then we just have to beat them down to reality again

I was at a stop sign the other day and 3 7-10 year olds were crossing the street on there bikes. There was a cop in the other lane so I watched them to make sure they were all the way on the sidewalk since that is the law yada, yada. Well watching the last and youngest girl go up on the curb I noticed she had about 5 inches on a thong hanging out of her pants

The only thing I could think is well I might as well write you a check now so I can contribute to your welfare you are gonna take out of my check later when you are 14 and have a kid by some 16 year old.I bet it is astounding the amount of $$$$ we pay for poor and young kids having kids every year out of our taxes etc.

It is definatly a reflection of whats NOT at home . Guidance ? I have a freind who really stayed on his kids and his daughter is straight as an arrow , workin , going to CAL POLY , and his boy works harder than just about anyone I know . That kid never has to be told to do the lawn or any kind of yard work or anything . Kid says he likes it . My buddy always tells me , " It's nice , I just come home and everthing is done. " he sometimes has to tell him slow it down , he doesn't want to burn the kid out early .

I didn't even know what that was until reading this thread; since there are things on Nick and even Disney that I won't let my kids watch, I think you could guess that I'd say .. change the channel.

I miss some good avatars because I set my settings not to display them because my kids walk up sometimes and get an eye full
