Title: i hate packing/moving
Post by: Ralph Brunt on February 21, 2009, 08:15:16 AM: should get the keys to the new to us house on monday when escrow closes. so we are packing up all our shit :banghead: its amazing how much shit you can fit in a one bedroom apartment :mad:

got the final walk through today at 10:30 and I'll get pics of the new pad ;D

AMEN to that. I envy you guys that can OWN your own house....I'm still striving to reach that....the "American dream" is literally a dream here in Hawaii.

Good job Ralph. If that's your first home purchase, Uncle Sam will be sponsoring your race boat to the tune of $8000, according to what I read. First time home buyers in 2008 and 2009 are getting 10% back up to $8000 on their tax returns.
