i hate packing/moving

should get the keys to the new to us house on monday when escrow closes. so we are packing up all our shit

its amazing how much shit you can fit in a one bedroom apartment

got the final walk through today at 10:30 and I'll get pics of the new pad

cost me 250k 30 year fixed at 5.125% in good ol long beach. she needs some updates but like i say built in 39

the new skunk werks, top secret shit gunna happen here
