I kinda had the same thing happen with my oldest, taken to North Carolina, although my younger two stayed with me in a separate court case. No telling or seeing common sense or rationality with a judge or the court system. Mine all went down in Ohio thank gawd, cuz here? well, lets just suffice it to say in Arizona, unless you're a member of the Latter Day assmunchers, you're pretty much screwed in every court from traffic, to family and criminal. Most every judge here in Arizona is Mormon, which is LDS speak for More Money (for Me, Man)............You're screwed if you ain't a member of the club. This is simple fact here.
Court system aside, listen to John and don't make the same mistakes I have in alienating my oldest over the grudge with her mother. The one that suffered was my daughter in all that and in the end the ex won through manipulating my anger. She's about to make me a grampa, and I haven't seen her since my wife's funeral. Talked to her many times, but that ain't the same. Keep in touch with Skye. She will learn the truth on her own eventually.
