try wozencraft if you have open headers or a small jet boat.  *MOST* big name insurance companies wont even look at your boat if its not a typical bayliner, etc. too much liability.

its one of those instances where you DONT want to inflate your top MPH.  for all they need to know, your boat only goes 40mph.

State farm on agreed amount. They came over and took pics of everything. Just don't lie as that will only get you insured but denied a claim

give Ron young a call in Burbank he has progressive and also safeco... I pay just over 300 a year and it's great coverage. Let brad know will shipley referred u.

i Had farmers they were a good company but expensive

then switched to geico they save me at least 15% lol

i am in the process of changing all of my vehicles to state farm cause they just beat geicos price.

Might be that seller... try other state farm offices. Some don't understand what a jet boat is so the statement "race boat" is a way for them to give you there BS expertise.

ok so I checked with EVERYONE and this is what I got

1) progressive no reason ot headers

2)state farm no reason high performance boat and they said they don't know if ill race the boat

3)geicko  no reason open engine and year of boat more than 25 year old

4)allied no reason open engine

5)farmers Henderson nv office yes $227 he entered answers he knew would work not my answers  :screwy: coverage is this boat 8000 ded 500, towing assis 500, personal liability 25000, med payments 1000, uninsured motorist 10000

6)Nick Rose who also does farmers among others yes $457 but said farmers Henderson is wrong due to open engine if I have a claim it wont be paid but found found a carrier for me. 7200 boat ded 500, 800 trailer ded 100, liability 25000/50000/10000, personal effects (vests, ore ect) 1000 ded 100, uninsured boater 15000/30000, med payments 2000. Nice people look up my tattoo work and complimented me good info on farmers, they got quote from same people as Wozencraft, writer said he wrote for both Nick could do same as wozencraft.

7)Wozencraft yes 572 7200 boat ded 500, 800 trailer ded 100, liability 50000/100000/20000, personal effects (vests, ore ect) 1000 ded 100, uninsured boater 30000/60000, med payments 2000 again same writer but Wozencraft wants higher liability but could? match Nick Rose
