Havent been able to get it touch with our son in atsugi japan to see whats up and if he is good we would have been in touch through facebook but he has not been on . He is suppose to come home on the 21 on leave and introduce us to our grandchild we didnt know about 5 years old now

My mom has been talking to family in Japland.
They live in the Yokosuka and Yokohama area, which seems to be about the same distance from the earthquake as where your son is. My family is ok, but they are tired, hard to sleep with 6.0 aftershocks.

I lived 100' north of Lassen and Reseda when the Northridge quake hit, about a 1/2 block up the street from the Northridge meadows apts that collapsed and I saw first hand how bad it was when the sun came up but I can not even fathem how bad it is all over Japan right now.
Some pictures I came across that make you really aware of how violent all this is...

Well got a reply from him last night he is ok and will be in cali in five days
on leave its gona be great to see him and the five year old grandson we didnt know we have
surprize LOL
Thanks for all the concern from all you guys
He did say that japan has been set back 20 years lots of damage everywhere
Iam pissed though I didnt know I was sleepping with sombodys grandma DAM :banghead:LOL

Radiation levels rising would really like him home but not shure if he will be able to get to airport good thing is his orders havent changed so all is good at this point
