illegal in general. the only ones i can find are on craigslist. people would fly into the air and slam down.

I have one I used in Lake Piru once, its scary fun, but hurts when you crash and you will crash. I have the Manta-Ray one you can also use it as just a tow-able raft also. the best part of it is sitting in the boat and watching your buddies crash hard. I'll have to find my videos. The warning is "don't fly higher than your willing to fall"
