Lake perris ca /lights on the lake

Hi every one just wanted to say that on December 7 at lake perris ca is going to host their lights on the lake event they will have santa DJ food booths and other things goings on for the kids...its for a good cause...if you bring a gift $10.00 or more it will get you on the lake boat and truck..if you bring your lights and wrape some lights around your boat you/ and your familes your truck and boat will get in for free for the hole year 2014.I now some of us do not like lake perris but fee admission for a hole year you can not beat that.further info (951)-940-5600 17801 lake perris Dr perris ca 92571. i will be their.if some of you bring your trailer no longe then 31 feet and not sure but i think you can park right on the beach.. just wanted to ad lake perris is not stricked with the boating polices they just want your lanch fees becouse i was missing my 2013 sticker on one side they did not care.being loud dont care they just want you to be safe..

Just so everyone knows i called today and got some info here it is

it is Saturday December 7th from 5-9pm.
It is free for spectators to enter. It is also free if you decorate your boat and are a contestant
They will have Food, Santa, and Vendors

All contestants will receive 2 free day passes just for particiating.
There are multiple classes, Under 20 foot, over 20 foot, etc... The top two winners in each class will win a season pass.

Also there is an entry form that needs to be completed. I will be picking mine up this weekend, if anyone needs one and can meet me in beaumont or relands i can get you one too.

When you get to perris do not forget to sight in. up where the campgrounds are there is a shack where you turn in your forms that you have to fill out. I did this last year .a lot of people really get in to decrorating their boat its a lot of fun.good luck..

It will not get crazy un till about 2 pm .getting their early will ensure that your paper work is turn in before any body els.its really a blast.

Last year perris had a good turn out. Make sure your boat is dry not even a drip of water from jet or outdrive.or you will be turned away.they have those I think snails slimmy things any way just be dry.

I just bought a inverter at loves truck stop 1500 watt for 99.00 dollars.its 120.00 with a 20.00 dollar rebate.wait till black friday.habor fright will be having them on sale.

Big johnson the safest way to hook up your lights is to get a knife switch dc to hook up to in inverter sold at an automotive.any autopart store like autozone. hooking up lights directly to a switch is dangerous.but can be done.
