launch Fees

just curious what launch fees are in various locations.....

today for example at Bay Springs Lake Mississippi.....it's 3.00 per boat.
Trace Lake -$7.00

The lakes around Phoenix are 10.00. 7.00 per vehicle and 3.00 more per watercraft. I went to big lake on Colorado river and it was 25.00

Pleasant just because I can hitch up, gas up and be on the water in 30 min. Canyon is my favorite though. Are you around here?

Yeah, I work up in Prescott. Usually come down to pleasant because it's closer. I still have to go check out Bartlett, heard its nice.

Last I heard Bartlett was so low the ramps were out of the water and had a lot of junk floating in the water. Let me know next time you go to pleasant

I'm in northern middle Tennessee and never heard of a launch fee. We do have a place that you can pay $50.00 for the year but its private property owned by the slip owners, but theres a ton of places to put in at. I boat on the Cumberland river and water levels are always fine even if we have a dry spell so theres always plenty of options at no cost.

10 bucks a day at McIntyre near Blythe, 25 at the Riv, free on the other side of the river with a dirt ramp.

$6.00 day up in Crescent City harbor - Here: Requa $10.00 day free with tribal, Old Klamath townsite free except during commercial salmon season, Klamath Glenn free paid for by game and fish.
Humboldt bay: Eureka free, Samoa free, and King Salmon free.

there's some high fees to launch a boat out there.....

I don't get 25.00 ducats ANYWHERE.....

3.00 bucks at the primary lake I go to and a fifty buck "gold" membership get's you a year.

even the $7.00 at what I call the local "splash lake" (that's 15 minutes from my house) is kinda high in my opinion.... but the Park Rangers there will wave it when I come in after 4pm or so.....

try these ones;

$40.00 @ Chestermere Lake per/day
(not a lake, just a bloated weed infested part of an irrigation canal)
that the locals want to keep to themselves / they can have it

Free @ Ghost Reservoir (part of the Bow River in Alberta)
better launch and docks, "PLUS" a shed full of life jackets
so no one boats without one.

its 25$ at willow cause its a private marina. they want to keep the weekenders from launching there and clogging up the boat ramp for the local home owners who pay dues to use the ramp. so it actually works out nicely.

I understand the private launch fees ...so home owners have there launch ramp anytime they want !!! I would make it $50 so LESS outsiders would launch

At least Elsinore doesn't check for those pesky little mussel's....that way if you do wash out your engine compartment and it doesn't dry completely, you can still go enjoy a day on the lake without getting turned away! (Perris and Silverwood) but that's a whole different topic.
