Best way to ck for leaks is lift the bow up while on trailer an fill the bilge up with water keeping your plug in. The reverse leak will generally appear on the outside. If still no leaks found than its a fitting or the packing glands....

I did fill the back of the bilge with water, its how i figured out it was/where it was leaking from. Ill take recommendations on What Da hells the problem , btw it was also slightly wet/tiiiiiny drop of water under the intake, probably epoxy/sealant issue. Should i do a DIY or have someone fix it.

Those gaskets around your cables looks suspect to me. People getting in and out of the boat wet. Slouched over the back maybe???
