I have an industrial machine shop (engineering/fabrication) near my shop in Redlands.  I can call them tomorrow to see if they have the ability to do heat treating.

Are you looking for just a few or a large quantity?

And just out of curiosity, what are these for?  (I don't know of any valve springs that are 3" OD)  ;D

I called and talked to Franz Sr. at Rettig Machine today.  He said he knew where he could get them done if he couldn't do them (he wanted a little more information).

I told him that I would just pass on his information.

Hope it helps  ;D
