warning super long rant with no point other my worst car experience ever read at your own risk lol so my woman and i wanted to buy another bronco to replace the one that she sold a few years ago( fear of super high gas prices and before i got a company gas card lol) so the bronco we ended up with was identical to the bone with the one that we sold at first we thought it was weird and amazing cuz the first one we had was such a good truck man o man were we fucken wrong lol after 6 months of having it it sprang a mystery water leak that i couldn't find for the life of me then the gauges stopped working then the fan clutch went out then the ac clutch went then the truck stated over heating going up the slightest hill and in any weather over 85. then finally the last nail in the coffin the trans went out....... what the fuck... that was the fastest trans failure Ive have witnessed in my whole life ( not counting trans granading or hard parts braking) the first 2 weeks it was just slushy no power the next 2 weeks it was surging the 2 weeks after that it was slipping like a bitch and getting 4mpgs at best and nothing over 40 mph. and the trans cost to rebuild $2600 i paid 1400 for the truck so ya not gonna happen after looking and surging and scrounging for a ford suv that was nice and in our price range we said fuck it and bought a fully loaded 03 z71 tahoe man o man i cant tell you how amazing it is to not have to keep the flat bed trailer on hold just in case the woman's truck breaks down on the way to work. tho i do feel like i have betrayed my ford blood a little i haven't owned a gm product since i bought my 69 firebird when i was 14( which i still have thank god cuz the value on that one has tripled if not more ) ever since then its been fords. what eve this truck is soo nice i don't even care lol and i still have my 74 ford f-100 4X4 which im never getting rid of so im good  feel free to chime in bout any experiences were you betrayed your brand or super shit car experiences

Too bad about the Bronco. You're not a trader in my book as long as you stick with American Made cars.

I use to be a Mopar only nut but have since owned Ford and Chevy. I agree with Nick. As long as its American.

i have no problem with toyota in nascar.  they bring a lot of jobs to the US.  they're a great company as well.  my neighbor works for em and we get to do all kinds of cool stuff like below.  i was in one of those trucks driving around a nascar track. heh






ive had like a billion mustangs in my life.  after i get married ill be ditching the expedition and getting a navigator.  i know thats not much of a brand change.

i was juuust about to take it for paint, ended up getting an offer i couldnt refuse and sold it.  3 days later it ended up wrapped around a telephone pole. my gf hated it anyways.
