I know theres a few v-drive guys on this site....as well as outboard guys....

what do you guys think about opening up a v-drive/outboard section?

Either I can run 2 sections (one for v-drives and a second for outboards)

-OR-

I can run one section called "props" and those guys can talk about how well they cut up the weeds.

-OR-

You can tell me I'm out of my mind.

i say one for each, i know this is a jet sight but alot of v-drive guys started with jets and still know something about them.

I voted both . The way I see it , (and I've never been partial either way) The whole idea of a website like this one was to preserve a way of life that alot of people dont appreciate anymore . Getting into your little spartan boat and really just having a good time with your family , friends and your boat . SoCalJetBoats to me was never about "jet boats" it was about a time , a place . Where ever yours might be. Best times in my life were in an outboard .  8)

I tend to agree with everyone...   this may have started as a Jet Boat site, but there is more and more people enjoying both.
Can't see why anyone would object to the idea Brad. Plus a lot more available info for everyone in one place makes sence.

 I would go along with both, but what about outdrives? Its all about good people and their boats not just their boats. We shouldn't hold it against them for wanting the security of running hardware below the keel line, not everyone can handle a jet. ;D ;D ;D

I vote for both, no problem.  Some guys have both jets and boats that suck ;D  They should be able to talk about ways to make their boats better.  I don't know, like how to convert them to jets >:D
