AHHH. The benefits of having a clean, well running boat.

Looks good. What are outside temps like right now?

thx Uncle Bobby appreciate it. still have a ways to go........

Dave, weather here's  bipolar.  it's all over the place. high 60's today....  30's at night...... down into the 20's at night next week with 50's for the high. maybe mid to late April for temps to start warming up.... but maybe late may for water temps to be comfortable

back to the beginning and the reason for the rebuild.

the idjit who built the bathroom used particleboard for the subfloor under the shower..... and a trash bag was the base for the tile and about 4" of concrete over that.....   all the floor joists were rotted. I was just happy the sill's were ok ...... just thinking about jacking up
a 65 yr old house to replace them gave me the willies'
