Title: Plumbing my jet boat

Ordering new manifolds for my boat going to get Kodiak not sure how to plumb them preheating the water or straight into the engine any help would be appreciated

I think Kodiak only makes one style of manifold center riser The guy got them from said you could preheat the water or run straight into the engine

They made three different models.

I will post on a bit. I have to go sit in traffic for an hour.  Fml.

OK. So you will have to find out if you have the block off plates between the manifold and the riser. You need them.  I normally drill a 3/16" hole in the plate at a water passage to bleed off excess air into the riser.

Next you will run the water from the pump, to a valve, to a tee.

From the tee into the back of each manifold,  from the front of the manifolds to the front of the block (2X), from the t-stat housing to the risers.

Done.

 new style manifolds The riser is completely closed off and the gasket is solid between the manifold and the riser there is no plate in between the two
