OK. So you will have to find out if you have the block off plates between the manifold and the riser. You need them. I normally drill a 3/16" hole in the plate at a water passage to bleed off excess air into the riser.
Next you will run the water from the pump, to a valve, to a tee.
From the tee into the back of each manifold, from the front of the manifolds to the front of the block (2X), from the t-stat housing to the risers.
Done.
