We were in slow-moving traffic the other day and the car in front of us had an Obama bumper sticker on it. It read: "Pray for Obama. Psalm 109:8".

My husband's Bible was lying on the dashboard & he got it & opened it up to the scripture & read it. He started laughing & laughing. Then he read it to me. I couldn't believe what it said. I had a good laugh, too.

Being that I am a Atheist I can't believe I'm saying it. But in this case "AMEN"!!!!

What's been pissing me off as of late is how Obama is bragging about the increase in jobs and house sales in the last few weeks, Jobs and house sales increase every spring when people go back to work from being off for the winter and most people don't like moving or driving around looking at houses in the snow and kids are in school, I usually won't even put houses on the market here in the winter. I take most the winter off like a lot do.

With this health care total f@ck-up, cap and trade, Now there after wall street. There hurting all business. All this is making bigger more powerful Government and weaker poorer people and I'm afraid it's only getting worse.

But Roy, going after Wall Street and Day Traders IS the right thing to do, and the main reason and cause of the debacle we are in today. Not a new revelation, their shit started in the 70's. Al-Qaida coulda done us all a favor, in a round a bout way, if one of those planes had hit the NYSE building and NOT the World Trade Centers. But I'll save all that for another thread or PM.

The Main reason we are in this "Debacle" is from a Piece of crap call Barney Frank and The Dem's That backed him up and not fix Fannie Mae And Bernie Mac Like the Republicans been asking for for many years, But blocked and denied many more times by the Dems. And here is my proof.

I'm more a Independent because I don't like how the Republicans are so religious But the majority of our problems can be blamed on the Dems and I proof it with vid's of them speaking there words..

Ill trade for our stupid government. Ran a campaign saying no way they would ever bring in a harmonized sales tax then 3 days after a huge majority win announced that due to bad economic time they needed to bring in the HST. starting May 1st new HST 12% on everything no exemptions. 

I think I might be open to the idea of a VAT
                           IF  income taxes, estate taxes, etc. were abolished.    I am sick and tired of being taxed everytime I make money.  This government was founded on the idea of encouraging people to make wealth, not founded to be able to profit from and indeed punish the increase of personal wealth.
     Definately a fight that I see coming down the road for the USA too farmergord   

This country revolted from the crown because they were being taxed to death without any representation among other reasons....

We have no estate taxes but we get it up the ass on everything else. Farmers are luckier than the general working man we can claim back all HST on our input costs but it is a lot of paperwork about like filing a quarterly tax return
