So I bought this nice looking piece of junk RARE Legend J120-E in a 20ft Apache SS Tomahawk by Mark McManus. I am told there were only like 10 made!

So this piece of garbage and the bearing went bad to the point where it pushed the shaft and impeller back into the bowl flange and cracked it off. I have no choice now but to remove the whole drive but it seems to be glassed in and pulling the motor you can forget about as it looks like it was put in the boat before the cap was put on. Any ideas or tricks how to get it out of boat without pulling motor and ruining transom and or fiberglass? Also anyone have or know where to find a used one? I just need the most of it LOL.

From the one picture that shows the motor it looks like with a little contorted disassembly the motor will come out.  Not sure about the pump.  Any other pictures?

No but it seems the pump is glassed in and doesnt want to come out. Further more they want 6k for a new pump and 3500 for a housing, impeller and bearing and seals to rebuild what I got. Any ideas? No used ones around that I could find.
