here is a quick little detail
I have been an Estimator/Project Manager for site work, T.I. Commercial and remodeling for over 25 yrs.
Having been involved in many projects and have NEVER finished over budget on a job.
Yes, I have been very fortunate and learned years ago to think outside of
the box, from production tracking on out of area jobs, to being on the job every day.
Also, I realize I can never do it all by myself and try to bring the most
out of those that work with me. It has always been a team effort.
Private jobs are totally different then Public and requires different
attention from the Project Manger. This what I excel in,giving
attention to detail so there are no unhappy phone calls or customers.
Whether it is sewer, storm drainage, water lines or dry utilities, I can bid/win/oversee the project.
Then when it requires paving, concrete work or landscape, visual quality is a top priority.
Visual quality and satisfaction is a skill I excelled in with one of the largest remodeling companies on the West Coast.
Always working/oversee with the Crews and Venders so what you see is a fine finished product.
