I litterally fixed it just as you created this thread. It had been an issue for way too long. I can already see the traffic flowing so much better. Damn default setting I overlooked only allowed 10 connections at a time, so each time you clicked on something, you were queued in a line to download the content. I bumped it up to 100 so I think we will be good now.
