I just got a text message on my cell from my daughter......"Were all the So Cal Jetboat ppl out this weekend..... I responded...Yes,they were havin a big bash at the Avi and a cpouple of guys were stayin at Park Moabi i believe........She responded...yeah we stayed at the Avi....Man..they have some nice boats!         Just a note thats all!  The best way to use lake Mohave is hit the water before six ski to cotton wood cove swim in some of the coves be back at ramp 11 o'clock be fore Casino Winoos get there lake is like glass close in to park, then eat lay around and go to the river it will be up by that time spend the rest of day on  the river if you time it right you get to park be fore the crowd get's to the river to.

S**T I didn't realize you guys were all there. I was staying at Laughlin and was on Mojave on Sat. Pulled it out Early Sunday AM when the lightning rolled in. Mojave is too choppy for me I've decided.

Lake Mohave sucks.........

I think Beerjet calls it Lake Mochoppy , and he's right it get rough out there.

WELL RESTED YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THAT AFTER GETING DOWN TO THE WATER AT NOON OR WHAT EVER TIME IT WAS SATURDAY. ACTUALLY WE ALL WENT DOWN TO THE STRIP THAT NIGHT. DID I MISS ANYTHING LIKE BRAD WALKING IN WITH A YELLOW BACKPACK ON TELLING EVERYONE TO PARTY AND THEN JUST LEAVE. OR THE GUY BREAKING OUT THE ROGER RABBIT AND THE SPLITS. OH YA HOW WERE THE WARM SHOTS OF JAGER? I WAS ACTUALLY KINDA BUMED WHEN EVEYONE ELSE WANTED TO PARTY IN TOWN THAT NIGHT.

i love mochoppy...just gotta know when to be there...honestly i think lake mead is worse then mojave

You mean as in getting towed in to the marina or towed out to laughlin? 

I made it under my own power the entire way on the lake -

And the new trailer tows awesome. very straight, no noises, disk brakes work well.

Those side guides are the best thing I ever bought, make loading a breeze.

I have about 5000 miles on the trailer now, baja trailers did alright by me.
