Yeah they gave me the best they could for a new custom boat. Every manufacturer I looked at was around the same price. I went with the marine power 6.2l ls3 motor package

Dropped my truck off at the shop for the states bull crap exhaust retrofit.
I hope i can recoup the money back soon

Hey uncleBOBBY, all of the retrofit kits have performed well for us. We have installed on Cat c-10, c-11, and c-13 trucks. We routinely run 80k and have not had a single issue. The cost is too much though. Corporate just decided to quit the retrofit program and lease trucks instead. Good luck. I hope I gave you some peace of mind.

I have a Cummings n-14 plus in my truck
Its just not in the budget right now to step into a new truck, on top of converting it into super 10 dump
The cost i still cant comprehend on where they come up with
14k+
How can the manufacturer really justify charging that much?
I guess its get it while they can
Oh well, its what i have to do to say afloat at this time

What the state of Cali is doing to the small businesses is nothing short of extortion. They give all the tax breaks to big business and push the little guy out. I am waiting to see Swift trucks pulling double bottom dumps. Look at what happened to the Port drivers, there's your State business model.

The state I'm sure is getting kick backs on top of the tax revenue
To me its all a scam to push out the little guy, in my line of work, thats pretty much all there is, 80% is pretty much owner/oper. 1 to maybe 2 truck fleet. There always gonna need dump trucks to clean and haul the crap. So hopefully, like i said
I can recoup the funds i had to drop into my truck, and its only a bandaid till the end of 2022 then i gotta step up to a newer truck, so it gives me time to save
