I have been trying to order them and when it goes to Paypal it says error and redirect to merchant?  Is this happening to anyone else or is there a different way to procure these items?

Tried that. Still No bueno. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from Paypal and never a problem. This is the message  I am getting

Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.
