I saw this over on PB. Funny thing is I was talking to Steve about him doing the sprint. Good thing I didn't. Also even more funny is that everyone was backing Steve's reputation and saying he was a stand-up guy and don't associate him with what Randy did. Looks like they are both shitty people.

Quote
Kinda of odd...not only is randy not in jail, he is opening another shop. Been working for steve, he had the fiberglass shop in the same building..until he went to jail last week. He has been taking money on jobs and not finishing the work. At least 12 very unhappy customers. There is only 2 jobs with enough money left on them to finish. Superior Fiberglass is history.

I'm heading to his shop later today to pick up my Uncles 18ft Rogers that he was suppose to re-gel coat. It's been sitting for 2 months and nothing was done. Obviously we are not getting our deposit back.

File a lien against the owner. A paralegal should be able to write it up.

Per Mike Newman:

Update, Randy Letcher from Jets boat plus or whatever he called it, missed showing up on June 6 th and turning himself in, and pretty sure he had seven years suspended sentence, we heard he was picked up a few hours ago, and again has stolen side by sides, boats, motors, drugs, heard he tried to burn someone's house down with them in it, that ought to be a good charge, well hopefully you will not get bail, and go directly jail and enjoy your new home, you may of beat the first deal a couple years, but you are not beating this, good luck madafaca😠

Here is the news article....4 people arrested. no bond for Randy. I hope they throw him in jail and lose the key.

If the insurance company Already payed a claim on stolen property. If the victim had insurance. Do this items just go to auction?  If property is at rental unit and rent is no longer being paid do this item forfet to the storage owner even if they are stolen?
I hope people get there stuff back
