SURPRISE!

Here's a surprise... I bought yet another boat. It's a 1978 Pioneer 19' Tunnel Hull jet boat. Needs some work (SURPRISE). This is what it looked like about two years ago.



The white needs a re-paint for sure. The red is OK for a driver. The seats need new upholstory. Stringers and transom are good. All wood is good. New carpet. A very blown up full roller 468 Chevrolet came with the deal. Berkeley pump, shoe, ride plate, droop, newer hydraulic dirverter, 2001 single axle trailer, lots of cool "goodies" in the deal (I really like the crank driven altenator set-up). Can't really think very well right now, very very sleepy and tired but a little excited still.

Now WTF am I going to do? Keep the Rogers? Keep the Pioneer? Sell both of them and buy a v-drive? I have no clue. What I do know is that this purchase put's my next mortgage payment in a serious bind and I am going to have to figure something out quick!   ;D

is this the one that was in the orange county craigslist? i think i saw someone post a link to it over on hotboat.

cool find. even if you paid the asking price, it was a steel.

I'm positive I can get over $1,500 just for the pump and there's a lot more to the deal than the pump.

I realize that you are LYFAO  ;D  but that isn't the first or second time I've gotten that solution... Got a family over here and I can't substantiate two 2 seater jet boats and not one boat that the entire family can enjoy.  ;)
