Blue Oyster Cult               Best stage shows ever (once they had 20 midgets in monks robes playing Japanese drums for
the start of  Veterans of the Psychic Wars and who can forget the outlawed laser shows plus
                                       they have NEVER STOPPED touring.
Van Halen/Van Hagar      Better songs with Dave but a better show w/ Sammy  (F Gary Cherone)
Black Sabbath/Rainbow   when RJDio is fronting the band
Eagles                            Best harmony since the Beach Boys
Frank Marino&Mohagony Rush --  just shut up and listen and learn bitches!

 ;D

1. The Blasters...still the best band on the planet

2. X...28 years later and they still got it

3. Muddy Waters...needs no comment

4. Social Distortion...best thing to ever come out of Orange County

5. Dave Edmunds/Rockpile...simply great

5. (tie) Robert Gordon...with a triad of the best guitar players ever, Link Wray, Chris Spedding and Danny Gatton, RG almost single handedly, along with the Ramones, salvaged/saved/lifted/purified rock and roll from the bile infested bowel it had become by the late mid to late 70's, better known as disco. It pains me to even type the word.

The Stones have to figure in there high on the list too, but I'll never forgive them for dipping their toes into the disco cesspool. Gawd, I typed it again...I have to go throw up now.

Def Leppard . . . yer joking right?

You AC/DC fans may have seen this, but if not its friggin' hilarious! He hits the nail on the head when he shows how every song sounds the same, but that's why the comedy works. Check it out  www.glumbert.com/media/hokeypokey
