Well, I have been a member of this socal jet boat community for about 13 months, and have enjoyed getting to know a bunch of you--even though I'm not really a socal guy (Fresno/Clovis). However, there is one thing that is bothering me, and that is the little meter under my screen name on the home page that keeps track of the time logged in. It is hard to believe that in those 14 months, I have spent 6 days and 18 hours logged into the site. It is a little embarrasing--at least not something I would proudly bring up in polite conversation, "Guess what, I spent almost 7 days (168 hours) on one internet site last year", and what am I going to say if my wife ever sees the meter, "Oh it really wasn't that much time--I think I left the computer logged on when we were gone during that week of vacation last September." The only relief that I have is that when I talked to the internet gods, they told me that the total "log on" time would not be subtracted from my total lifetime alotment, but added.
Now, I know that I am not alone in this. How many extra days have you all added to your lives by being a scjb junkie?
