To collect oil.  Boat engines get run pretty hard, and produce a lot positive crankcase pressure.  Normal breathers on the covers tend to drip oil all over everything, so you run lines to a puke tank, which is sort of a separator...with a breather on top...no more oil mess.  If you're not a beauty queen, you can vent the crankcase into the header collectors so it all burns up and makes no mess.

Had my old timer fabricator/welder Al come by to fab up a mounting plate for the Teleflex steering setup for the T Deck. He's good but very old and expensive. So this'll cost a bit and take about 2 weeks lol but it'll be 100% on the dot. In the meanwhile on to the carb and dialing in.

Yesterday, I drilled out and removed all the broken set screws in the jet that the previous owner snapped off. Still can't separate the bowl from the housing. He RTV'd everything!! Transom adapter to bowl, adapter to transom, bowl to housing, etc, the guy was an RTV fiend!!

He picked it up a month ago. Dropped a BBC in it and took it to elsinore today. Ran awesome. We think it could use a pump rebuild.

It actually has a single 80 gal belly tank... 3 fills so you can fill it faster. I guess it was an old parker enduro boat
