« on: August 28, 2007, 08:44:02 PM »
My customer and friend John Mattos in Norcal sent me this Vid this AM ,just what I needed to get me fired up !!.Folks this is an Apache that we cut the Panther  jet out of two years ago (not to be confused with the Panther conversion kit) After we installed the Dominator ,ride plate and Place diverter  John added about 600 hp watch this hot rod run look out for the tree! (pay particular attention to the attitude) enjoy !! Tom

Give up some more info! What was top speed and is there an improvement with the new mods? Was he full throttle in that video?

I wonder what the top speed with that engine and the panther would have been, then what the new MPH is. That's what really needs to be compared is the before and after pump with the same engine. I may seem bitter about this, that's only because my buddy called you guys for emergency parts on his Panther and you told him to let you guys cut it out and put a berkeley in there because "a panther would never do over 55." That boat is doing high 70's with a bone stock A-housing Panther.
