I'll be at Buckskin Friday and Saturday.

Hey JW - Buckskin State Park is on the AZ side, just past Big Bend.
If you look at the arial shot in the "Favorite Pic of Parker" thread,
I'm pretty sure it is the campground on the AZ side.

Are you going to have the Southwind running?
Where are you staying at?

My wife looked up the weather forecast, bring a jacket

i just looked it up and buckskin campground IS the inside corner across from big bend so i could probably throw rocks across from echo depending where your at. buckskin mountain state park is up the river a little (maybe 1/2 mile).

i just looked at weather and it said partly cloudy saturday and sunny sunday, highs of 97 and 95.

i will be in this guy cruisein or a red sanger tunnell with a merc weed wacker hangin on for dear life....

i just got word that we may be flying a pirate flag too

so just got back from parker last night. beautiful weather on sunday, saturday was a little cloudy but the wind blew the clouds away  no tooo many people on the water so it wasn't choppy. water was a little cold still but not cold enough to keep me out 

i'll post about the boat in thread i already started for it cuz i had a few issues...


dave, i'm pretty sure i saw you saturday morning going up river but didn't see you again?

yea i noticed the tahiti soon as i saw it. and yes there where a sh!t load of old cruisers out there this weekend!

 my boat is definitley still an "up river boat"    until i get all the kinks worked out but i did go down river a few times. i've been going out to echo with my parents since i was a kid so we've always camped out on the beach there. nice place, great for kids, and club paradise is there with the pools, restruant, and bar  . if were not there, we're staying at bluewater when they're practically giving thr rooms away.

i drove by buckskin a few times but didn't see the boat in the water? everything go good?

Bluewater Rv park May 1 to Sept 30. Can't wait. Been at crazyhorse for last 5years :banghead:Place is a pain. Going back to the days where I enjoyed the river most.
