it will be the greatest fathers day weekend ever!!!

Anyone know what the water's been like lately? Supposed to be hot in SoCal this weekend....... Anyone going boating?

on this un official gathering thing, are there any events planned out through out the weekend?
is it a supprise or a play it by ear..all i know is that in stayin close to marc's boat (pssss...he got the beer i drink...)

1)  A bunch of hot rodders all gathered in one place
2)  With their hot rods
3)  Most of them have never met
4)  Some of them have already started the trash talk
5)  Mass amounts of beer will be nearby

Yup I'm pretty sure that there will be racing, just no timing equipment or safety safari

I'm trying to get my ass out boating on Saturday. Somehow....somewhere.

YA SAME HERE I COULDN'T WAIT TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS IN CLASS AND THEN DAD WOULD PICK ME UP IN FRONT OF SCHOOL WITH THE BOAT ALL HOOKED UP AND HEAD OUT RIGHT FROM THERE. MAN THOSE WERE GOOD TIMES.

With all the trash talking maybe someone should bring a couple sets of boxing gloves! 

Well unfortunatly my boat won't be one of the boats racing. Matter of fact it wont even make it to parker,
Still have way to much to do and not enough time and money

Come on 2sav you still have 2 months, and your WAY ahead of me  ,  All you have to do is bolt that thing together , I still have a bare hull    and a trailer with one fender  .   I have faith it you, you'll have it done.  Than we'll have an unoficial battle of the project boats  !!!!!

crazy as this must sound....but hes got 2 kids that dont like to go boating  i remember the days where i would daydream all day in class counting down the minutes until class was out so i could rush home to head for the river.

Crazy indead. I am the proud owner of 2 girly girls. Its not that they dont like boating they just have other things they would rather do . The last time I took the family to Smellsinore, my youngest daughter got Meningitis. Not good! Wife was very unhappy. The 3 ladies of the house refuse to go back. . I also would brag to my friends at school when my brother and I were heading to the river for the weekend. Fun times.
