The only problem I see is that LHC is a small town, most successful businesses in small towns run off word of mouth and reputation. Once you establish yourself you'd probably be golden, but the first year or two is going to be an ass kicker. Here's some PROS and CONS


PROS:
1. Getting the hell out of California
2. Your own business
3. Small town living
4. Live @ Lake Havasu, close to Parker etc
5. Miles of desert to off road in

CONS:
1. It gets Africa hot during the summer
2. Snowbirds in the winter
3. Small town living
4. Did I mention the heat?
5. New business venture in a completely new environment



I guess it all boils down to YOU and your family, if you are ready to leave your life behind in California and start something new, then you're set. If it was me, I'd be on it like flies on shit.

Thanks skip   HD Iam certified in yamaha jetskis and the sport boats also and ase factory master Honda tech Iam thinking I can do the best of both worlds and like skip said will be a hard start .

Been self employed for 25 years , theres been some tough times but given the opportunity  I would never go back and change it .It takes alot of drive and ambition and passion but as I see layoffs and changes in the work place I thank my stars (and my supportive family) for the decisions I made.  Follow your heart Bro !
