Dude, where in the hell do you live?  You've go to have the worst neighbors in the damn world!

Here's an excerpt from the Riverside California Municipal Code:

Section 10.44.035 Parking prohibited in front of driveway or across sidewalk.
No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle whether attended or
unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the
direction of a peace officer or official traffic control device in either of the following places:
A. In front of a public or private driveway, except that a bus engaged as a common
carrier, school bus, or a taxicab may stop to load or unload passengers when authorized
pursuant to this title.
B. On or across a sidewalk except electric carts as may be authorized by this title as
specified in Section 21114.5 of the Vehicle Code. (Ord. 5179 § 1, 1984)

Call the cops when he does it again call Code Enforcement, they handle this type of stuff.

Dam Skip I like Nordies Idea :banghead: >:D

When I lived in Fullerton, my neighbor had the same issue, he was a road mechanic for Caterpillar so he had his service truck home a lot of times. One day he and I decided to jump in the hot rods and drive to Long Beach for dinner, I head home, grab my roadster and head out of the alley to meet him in his coupe. I come around the corner and he's got the offending neighbor's van hooked to a huge chain and the solid ass bumper on his service rig, he pulled it 3 blocks before he left in in the middle of Chapman Ave and came home. Never happened again. True story. He also taught me how to keep trash can divers out of the cans on trash day, that's another story...

He had 2 big, and I mean big, rottweilers, he'd scoop the poop all week and keep it in a sealed trash can. Once the cans went to the curb he'd dump the offending can right in the top of the cans. First time he did it we were on his back patio drinking when the dumpster divers hit. All I can remember is hearing one of them say "oh fuck that is gross!" and then followed that with hurling like a drunken frat boy. I started to do the same thing, as did about 75% of our block, the dumpster tweakers moved on to cleaner ground. I still do that to this day, if you're gonna get in my trash cans, you're gonna pay the piper!

Just to clarify, put the poo in the cans, right on top of all the other trash, not on the outside.  ;D

Dude, if they were allowed to stay there long enough to establish "residency", they have as much right to the place as you or the owner weather they pay rent or not. I went thru the renter from hell a few years ago. I rented a room to a guy who was like a pro con man, this fukr tried to get me to hit him everyday. Usualy called the copes first, had them at my house everyday, 4 times one day. The cops said I have to evict him leagaly until then he can do whatever he wants here and bring whoever he wants here including breaking down doors or windows to get in. I had to have people stay at my house 24-7 for a month. He went thru every drawer, closet you name it, stole a gun. If Ida hit him and gone to jail he coulda cleaned out the house and not alot I could do about it. Yes, if they rent a room they have access to everything, he even broke into the garage. had to take the landry machines out cuz this asshole wanted to do laundry at 4 in the morning, on and on and on......
