Wow I highly suggest u hop in any of the 3 brand turbo diesels.  That ole reliable 7.3 was a DOG.  and pretty noisy.  The power levels are a few hundred more as well as torque.  Stock.  As far as the mini van in front of the pump still happens and if u dont need to tow much it probly isnt worth it.  Shit the new GM half ton tows 11 or 12 now but thats a brand new rig.  I looked at a new ford but who wants to pay 800 a month.  But I did settle for mid 2000 and all of em grew leaps and bounds from that 7.3 that wouldnt get out of its own way if u were looking for speed but I like it over the 6.0L. Unless u like the fact that they used two less head bolts on each side than the General and Mopar trucks or that u need ARP head studs steada the reg bolts cuz they like to blow thier thin shitty head gaskets or leak coolant through the egr cooler.  But some didnt have issues or at least it fixable.  The epa stuff sux but not really big deal when u see how fast these big ole heavy duty go down the road at the speed they do nowadays its amazing.  4 door long bed shittin on pony cars pretty fun.  Sorry if i offend ford guys now that u make ur own motor ur ok in my book again.  Dear Dodge I know you Dodge bros started building cars a long time ago but can u guys get a tranny right???.  Anyway continuing with my rant in 98 I painted the steel at Pixar Animation I worked with a guy with a 4 banger viper red dakota bagged sittin on stock style yellow wheels.  I didnt get it but the mini truck dudes from the 80s loved it and I learned to each thier own and now that Im not an 18yr kid I totally realize his work and creativity.

WOW,

Bullsh!t
