Different brands/models of dual quad manifolds have different center to center measurements.

The main thing I will recommend is getting the center to center measurement of your current manifold/carb combo and try to find something with the same measurement.  Otherwise you'll end up having to modify or fabricate a new base.

Wouldn't that be nice.

Too many variables between all the different manifold manufacturers (OE, Edelbrock, Offenhauser, Weiand...) and all the engine configurations.

I have the carbs now , going to measure the centers .

Ok , thanks for the advise , it's a offen hauser with two holleys , figured it would be a generic measurement , carbs show up tomorrow , I will post.
