Just want to keep it simple and cheap. I got an aluminum fitting in mine that seams to have welded itself to the manifold. I cant get it out and Ive destroyed the fitting trying. Unless someone has some advice I'm giving up

Aluminum drills like butter, drill it out until close to the hole size, then get a pipe tap and chase the threads, 20 minutes tops, an hour if you have to go borrow/buy a tool to tap the threads with....

I have a small oval port Edelbrock Performer 2.0 you can have for $30 plus the ride if you fail....
